Motorola Moto G Second Generation Offers Better Specs at an Affordable Price
With the second generation Moto G, Motorola has perfected the previous version and made some changes according to the consumers’ requirements.
Motorola Moto G has been priced below INR 15000, which makes it pocket-friendly. Given the price range, the specs are too good to be true.
Motorola Moto G is taller and sleeker than the previous model. Standing at 141.5X70.7X10.99mm, it is heavier at 149gms. It has curved edges, which gives the phone a better grip.
The best upgrade in Motorola Moto G is the 5-inch HD with 720X1280-pixel and IPS LCD display. This reduces the pixel density from that of the first generation.
There has been an improvement in the camera quality as well. Motorola Moto G second generation has an 8 MP primary camera and a 2 MP secondary camera that has been upgraded from a 5 MP back camera and a 1.3 MP front camera. The camera is responsive and takes photos without shutter-lag.
The Motorola Moto G second generation is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz quad-core CPU.
The best improvement is the creation of the microSD slot that was missing from the first-generation model of Motorola Moto G. The phone supports cards up to 32GB. Moto G second generation comes with dual micro-sim slot.
Running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, Motorola has confirmed that the Android L upgrade will be available shortly.
