New Uncharted 4 Concept Art, Plot Details Revealed, 2015 Release Date On PlayStation 4!

Gamers cannot wait to get their hands on Naughty Dog’s upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End” especially after some of the amazing visuals were shown off last year. Furthermore the developer revealed some of the first gameplay footage at December’s PlayStation Experience event, proving that it will be one of the most beautiful looking games on the current gen console so far.

This week even more screenshots and concept art has been unveiled, showing our returning protagonist Nathan Drake making his way through the wilderness of his latest adventure.

Although it’s almost certain that Uncharted 4 has set the new benchmark for graphics and visuals, there’s still a whole lot more to see, and we expected this year’s big Summer E3 event to be where Naughty Dog really start showing off what they’ve accomplished with the latest instalment of the action adventure franchise.

A Thief’s End is a direct follow on from the previous game, and tells the story of how Drake is forced back in to the hunt, when he gets the news that his brother Sam’s life is in danger. This sparks a new mission where the duo off on a brand new treasure hunt, with even more pitfalls and repercussions than ever before. It’s in his blood, Drake simply cannot say no.

It has further been revealed that the story involves the hunting down of Captain Henry Avery’s long-lost treasure, which is said to be located in a secret pirate community hidden away in the jungles of Madagascar.

In one of the biggest maps to date, players won’t simply be dropped off in the vicinity of the adventure. They will have to chart forests, perilous mountains, ancient ruins (as seen in the new concept art images) and bustling urban cities around the world in order to obtain the information they need, to track down their target.

The new images doing the rounds are from Naughty Dog’s artist Eytan Zana and are not necessarily what we’ll end up see in the finished game itself.
