The Real Housewives of New York Season 7 has Bethenny Running into Drama with Party Invitations, More Information
The Real Housewives of New York season 7 is well under way, and now that five episodes have aired, it’s easier to get a feel of where the season is going. In episode five (the most recent episode), Bethenny Frankel was celebrating her birthday with a few friends, most of whom were spending their time ogling the younger guys who were at the party.
Both Kristen Taekman and Dorinda Medley were both absent from the party though. Later on in the episode, Bethenny, Dorinda, Heather, and Carole met up for dinner, where Bethenny spent some time bonding over their love of Alia dresses. The dinner seemed to be going on without much drama until Heather asked who Bethenny invited to her party and why. Carole Radizwill spend some time with LuAnn’s private chef, Adam. However, their date didn’t go so well when she accidentally threw up on him in a pedicab ride.
She did make it up later on when they played ping-pong together. By most accounts, it was a very sexually charged game of ping pong, which led to Adam spending the night and the next day with Carole. Meanwhile, Ramona Singer spent some time flirting with a restauranteur, who is somewhat of a business partner as well. Dorinda was on a date with her dry-cleaning business owner boyfriend. Their date quickly went south however when her boyfriend, John, brought up that Dorinda was prioritizing her daughter over their relationship.
But, when Dorinda went out to dinner with her daughters, they brought up the idea that she had to find a way to make her two separate relationships work. Bethenny had a great time at her party, but the way she was inviting people to her party caused some issues. Both Dorinda and Kristen were upset that they didn’t get an invite to Bethenny’s birthday party. This led to an argument at the end of the episode, where most of the girls were irritated at Bethenny.
This episode was one of the better ones so far this season. It will be interesting to see if Bethenny can smooth over her relationships with the rest of the girls after her botched birthday invitations. At least the party went well for her, and most of the girls are doing well with the guys they’re flirting with.
